Indian Cookery Classes
Our classes are suitable for beginners or experienced cooks who want to explore deeper into Indian cuisine. Everything is provided, from ingredients to instructions and recipes cards to make a complete Indian feast which then is enjoyed together as a meal.
All the classes are held in my kitchen at my home in Peterborough, they are half day sessions, working with a small, intimate group of four, for added individual attention. You could choose the course that interests you the most or you may choose to do them all.

Ideas & Themes
Food is the unifying factor in Indian homes, and cooking is often a family event with everyone coming together to share the meal. This lends itself well for team building events for organisations.
As a mother of two university going children, I know how the cooking skills they have acquired have helped them to prepare their favourite homecooked meals, avoiding unhealthy takeaways and often enlarging their friend circles. This enables young adults to equip themselves with culinary skills for their future.
What is included in the classes?
All ingredients and equipment are provided.
Lunch / dinner depending on the time of the class is included.
A recipe pack based on your session is available to take home.
Where and how it is taught?
All Classes are taught at Cathy’s kitchen.
All classes have a maximum size of 4.
There would be a demo square plus 2 other cooking stations that can be shared.
All classes start with introduction to Indian spices.
Who can join for the classes?
Classes are for anyone 18 years or over.
Ideal for those who want to improve their cooking skills or for beginners in love with Indian food.
Can I change class or get a refund?
Full refunds can only be given if the class is over two weeks away. If under two weeks then we can discuss another suitable date and class to attend.
