I will teach you to cook healthy and authentic Indian food from a variety of options to choose from. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cook wanting to delve deeper into Indian cuisine, our courses cater to all.
We provide everything from ingredients, instruction, recipes and personal attention to complete a 5 course meal from start to finish and we have loads of fun too. This takes 5 hours and the enjoyable moment is when the cooking is done, we all sit and dine and believe me everyone finds it vey hard to choose their favourite dish – they love them all!

I did the ‘Currying through India’ course a few weeks ago. I found Cathy to be very friendly and relaxed in her approach.
